Denney Diving / E.L.Denney and Son have been established in the Diving Industry since 1954, and continue to provide a fantastic range of diving equipment at great prices. As a family business, service and customer care is a top priority. Any questions you may have, don’t hesitate to call us.
The Affiliate scheme is easy- once accepted for the scheme, simply place the provided banner on your website and we will pay you a 5% commission on sales generated from it (Postage / Shipping fees are not eligible for commission).
Each month we will forward your balance to you or you can contact us at any time for your current commission balance. (Balance paid on a monthly basis)
It is essential that you place the Diving Direct banner in a position on your website which will attract the most clicks from your visitors.
The amount of commission the banner generates obviously depends on how many of your visitors make and complete a purchase online, but the amount earned could be limitless.
The affiliate scheme is an ideal fundraiser for Sub-Aqua clubs who have their own websites. This can generate club funds quite easily when club members make a purchase via the banner. Clubs who take part in the affiliate scheme will be given discounted rates on club training equipment bought from us. Contact us for more information.
Terms and Conditions
We make no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the Affiliate Program or your potential to earn income from the Denney Diving / E.L.Denney & Son affiliate program. In addition, we make no representation that the operation of our site or the affiliate sites will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or down time including server problems / non-availability of the site resulting in the loss of sales and commission from the website.
You as the site holder are accountable for the posting of the banner on your site. You acknowledge that Denney Diving / E.L.Denney & Son won't have any control over your use of the banner and by accepting these terms you agree to hold us harmless against any claims by third parties arising from your use of the banner.
Denney Diving / E.L.Denney & Son reserves the right not to accept any site into the affiliate program based on site content we deem to be not suitable.
Once accepted in to the Affiliate program, you will receive 5% commission per sale before shipping for online sales tracked to your affiliate code.
For a sale to generate a commission for you as an affiliate, the customer must complete their registration and order forms and payment must be received in full for the goods ordered. Fees will be paid by Denney Diving / E.L.Denney & Son. Any card chargeback(s) / returned cheque(s) or fees from a returned order will be adjusted accordingly.
Customers who purchase products and services through the affiliate program will be deemed to be customers of Denney Diving / E.L.Denney & Son.
Prices and availability of our products and services may vary from time to time.
We reserve the right to reject any orders that do not comply with
our rules or policies.
This agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your affiliate
application form and will end when the affiliate agreement is terminated
by either party. Termination may happen at any time, with or without
given cause, by giving the other party written notice of the termination.
If at any stage you wish to remove the banner, contact us prior to removal and we will send you the balance of your commission that is due.
We reserve the right to modify any of the terms and conditions including commission rates and or payment schedules within this agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. If any of the modifications are unacceptable to you, the only recourse would be to terminate this agreement. If you continue to participate in the scheme following the modification of the terms, it will be considered as your acceptance of the change. Any changes will be notified to affiliates in writing.
By joining the Denney Diving / EL.Denney &
Son affiliate scheme, you acknowledge that you have read and understood
this agreement and agree to all of its terms and conditions.
Customers purchasing equipment either via a banner link or directly
from our website agree to our normal website terms and conditions
found at the ‘Terms and Conditions’ link at the www.divingdirect.co.uk
website.
